Kaikan is a modern sake bar located in Tokyo, offering a contemporary interpretation of traditional Japanese drinking culture. The goal of this project was to create a brand identity that honours tradition while feeling modern, welcoming, and accessible—inviting both locals and visitors to experience sake in a refined yet relaxed setting.
